All conference and meeting rooms are located at “B 1 ” floor. The halls
are suitable for private banquets, conferences, seminars & meeting. The
halls are fully equipped with latest audio-visual equipment and high speed
internet connection.

Please note the following:

- Morning time the meeting room is received from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm

- Evening time the meeting room is received from 04:00 pm to 10:00 pm

-Minimum guarantees booking 15 pax.

- The hall is equipped with a projector, speakers, mike, Wi-Fi, writing
board, notebook and pens .

-Please advise the Set-up and the Timing.

 

- KINDLY  NOTE : obtain the necessary permit from the
Exhibitions and Conferences Authority

Failure to obtain the permit will result in the cancellation of your
reservation without arranging any responsibility on the hotel, as the
Exhibitions and Conferences Authority obliges us to cancel any reservation that
is not accompanied by the permit.

The event if the said permission is not received a minimum of 48 hours
in advance.
